Nice little duplex
4/5 Over all I would say pretty ok. Everyone enjoyed our business trip in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet and across from the street is shopping mall.

4/5 Cute little place to rest while you visit San Diego and the surrounding areas. Very quiet neighborhood, no issues.
Didn’t stay the night
1/5 I don’t normally like to give negative reviews but this one was a must. Originally reached out to guest services for early check in, but they responded after the check in time. I didn’t think anything of it. Stayed for 5 hours and left the property, was supposed to stay 2 night but we had to find other accommodations. The queen air mattress had mold all over it, my sister had red bites on her back and legs after taking a nap in one of the beds. There was a trail of ants in the bathroom. No central Air conditioner as stated, or equipped kitchen. I messaged the guest services number that we weren’t staying, sent pictures of everything and they never replied. Reached out to the company and submitted the pictures as well. Have not heard back or received any refund.
Cute Little Place
4/5 This place was pretty awesome, we loved it. The only complaints I have are that we were locked out on several occasions because the pin pad on the front door didn't work properly and the garage door also didn't open the last night we were there. The listing said 3 cars could park there, which is definitely not accurate and the yard doesn't quite look like what was pictured, but overall I was pretty happy with the house.
Seaworld trip
4/5 Location was good, close drive to seaworld & beaches, house was comfy, and has all the basic amenities needed. 2 negatives, very hard to find the house, I would suggest putting more descriptive directions, we drove around in circles trying to find it when we arrived, & does not have central AC, but did provide 2 portable ac units which did cool the home. Would stay again
