Charming house with great location
5/5 This house is perfect for visiting your Chico State student. The location is fantastic, with easy parking in the back. The living spaces are large, the kitchen is well-stocked, and everything is squeaky clean!

4/5 So beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen. Due to the age of the house, there is no central a/c. The room a/c keeps the space comfortable, but they are really loud. Great location. Was a perfect place for us to stay while getting our daughter settled in her apartment.
