4/5 This house was adequate for what we needed, a space for 5 friends in town for a reunion. There was plenty of room for hanging out and the picnic table on the porch was nice for outdoor chill time. The furnishings were fine, nothing fancy. The linens and towels were worn and need a refresh. It would have been be nice to have wine glasses that were made out of glass rather than plastic. If you have allergies you should be aware that the linens and sheets are washed in highly scented detergent. We were told to reach out to the host 24-48 hours ahead of time for check in information, although we were not responded to until immediately before check in, which made it difficult to coordinate 5 people arriving separately. Would have been better to just be honest about when we would receive check in information. All in all the stay was adequate and once we got into the house the host was very responsive.

5/5 Clean, kid/family friendly, quiet, and easy to access property! Came to Chico for a wedding and stayed with parents, my two children under two, and in-laws. Everyone had a great stay.

A solid Rental
5/5 Great location and lots of beds. Property was clean, everything worked, plenty of towels, dishes etc. Property owner responded to texts quickly and we enjoyed our stay.
