CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- A Tenant Rental Information HOA form must be filled out before arrival. The form can be found at www.lakealmanorwest.org under Forms and Publications
- After the Tenant Rental Information is filled out, it needs to be mailed a week in advance to the following address:
- WACC Office, P.O. Box 1040, Chester, CA 96020
- If there is less than a week’s notice, email wacc@citlink.net stating that the form is on its way
- A parking pass to be displayed on your vehicle when visiting the beach, and a key to access the tennis/pickleball courts will be available in the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds and place them in a pile on the floor of each bedroom
- Please start a load of towels in the laundry and place them in the dryer before you leave
- Please return the parking pass, boat launch key, and tennis court key to the bowl next to the Welcome Book
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
