4/5 Check-in was very easy. Wi-fi and TV was great. The boat ramp access was so close and easy. Loved the area. Could use some new skillets, and a pair of tongs. The BBQ grill needs a good cleaning. A large comfortable sectional Would be much appreciated. Overall it was a great place to get away and have fun on the beautiful Lake Almanor.

great stay near Lake Almanor
5/5 Three old friends stayed here. Grew up in Greenville, which was destroyed by the Dixie Fire in 2021. We loved staying at your home and visiting all of our old haunts.

Functional place
4/5 The property was functional and mostly clean. The grill was not clean and the heating filters need to be replaced, but the place was well equipped and worked well as a base for our day trips. It lacks a lot of personal touches and small conveniences (e.g., no facial tissues, one half roll of paper towels, towels and linens were stained); comes off as a rental property, not someone's home, but that is how it is used and it works.
