  Had a great time in a well-appointed, great place for couple's retreat. Nice, quiet location was exactly as shown in the photos. Property owner was pleasant and easy to reach. Will definitely stay here again, as we love Cayucos.

• Bugs and hair

  There were either bed bugs fleas or spider mites. We had bites on our backs arms and legs. Would assume it was bed bugs or spider mites as it’s the wrong season for fleas. Am currently washing everything we brought with us and now using lots of anti itch medication. Lots of what appeared to be dog hair which was on our socks and clothing so it was on the floor and furniture. We understand dogs are allowed but it was definitely not cleaned well. Sad because we selected tge house because it was close to our children for the holidays. Not a very restful time

• Nicely remodeled little house in good location

  Very nicely remodeled 1 BR house with roomy living areas and sleeper sofa. I loved the location and the house was very comfortable and well equipped.

  The house was well stocked with linens and cookware and even a coffee bar. The decor was lovely and comfortable, especially the bed! The washer and drier were a big plus! We were a very short walk from the beach and the one grocery store in town is just a block away. Wonderful stay! We will be back.
