4/5 Overall this is a great place - comfortable, great owner/manager, spacious. The deck is more of a walkway (narrow) but still allows outdoor views and seating, the mini-courtyard is nice, and the windows all worked well for allowing the evening cool breezes in. The dual living rooms were great for different groups/activities but there's not a ton of in-house dining seating. Beds were pretty soft/squishy but overall comfortable. Bathrooms were older with smaller shower stalls and a loud water heater but everything worked well and was clean. The only downside for us was the king bedroom had distinct unpleasant pet odors (wet dog) that got worse in the evening / early morning humidity & fog; the cleaning staff clearly had tried but the fragrance of the cleaning supplies was also unpleasant. Overall the location and views made up for it but I'll think twice before booking pet-friendly again, especially with carpet.

Wonderful Home!!!!!!
5/5 Whether it was just myself for part of the time or friends who came to visit and finally my spouse when she was finished with her summer volunteer work and was able to join me LOVED this home!! All of the rooms face the ocean and each room has many windows and /or doors that open to a balcony that runs all along the house and offers a spectacular ocean view. You can even hear the waves on the beach! You can watch the the marine layer move in and out, and we were treated to some awesome sunsets over the Pacific nightly. You also have a great view of Morro Rock. There is even a small grass and flower landscaped yard with a table, chairs and a BBQ for you and your pets to enjoy. The owner has thoughtfully equipped the kitchen and laundry room with all utensils etc. that you might need, and added extra bedding for additional guests. We will be staying there again whenever we get the opportunity!
