    Hayward Hellhole! Filthy, disgusting unit. Took 2 hours after our arrival to be let in. No on-site host. No listed amenities (no towels, no sheets, not even toilet paper!!). No sheets on old and badly stained mattress. Located in partially abandoned house with no exterior lighting and overgrown yard with broken pavement path. Bugs. Filth. So bad that we left wthin 20 minutes of being let in and the corporate property manager has promised a full refund. (Vrbo is stalling on refunding its fee because our pictures do not show absolute proof of bedbugs).
