  The place was perfect for family reunion coming from NY, CO and CA plenty of room, nice quiet and secluded area close to everything, including SF downtown and SFO airport.

  Great host, very accommodating and quick to answer inquiries.

• Quirky house

  The accommodations were quirky but not uncomfortable. It was clean, but there was lots of dirt in the window wells. The carpets are stained and coming apart in some places. There were no puzzles or games, which we almost always enjoy when they are present. There were some huge safety issues. The “ramp” only covers about half of the entrance access to the house. The other half is dirt with weeds and small random rocks and broken mortar, and paved but ungraded concrete. Someone with any mobility issues would have a really hard time getting in and out. There was no intro book with emergency info (ambulance, fire etc) and reminders about how to check out, get in touch with host, etc. I never did see any smoke detectors. The windows in the bedrooms do not meet the fire code for egress. I would not rent this house again.

  - Our property is designed in a ranch/country style, and while there is a ramp, it's important to note that it's not represented as ADA-compliant. We apologize if this wasn't made clear.
  - Additionally, there is a back door conveniently located near the designated parking area, which is fully paved with graded concrete. This provides an alternative option for accessing the house without needing to navigate any unpaved areas.
  - We don't advertise puzzles or games. We're sorry if that caught you off guard.
  - The smoke detector is located in the hallway for safety reasons.
  - In case of any life-threatening emergencies, we encourage guests to dial 911. However, we also provide our contact number for immediate assistance, and our host is living on-site to address any concerns promptly.

  It was perfect for a group of 6. There are some updates that could be done on the property, but overall, it worked well for our needs.

• Traveling for work

  We were in town for 25 days doing a project , so most of our time there was spent relaxing after a long day of work. It fit our needs.
