4/5 Centrally located and very clean. The bedding was super comfortable. Host was easily reachable. Outside noise could be an issue so light sleepers should bring earplugs, especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Saturday mornings there is a yard sale on the front lawn in front of the apartment that starts setting up at 6am. Several fun coffee shops and restaurants are walking distance, great location!

Great place to stay in Carpenteria
5/5 This was actually our second stay at this place in Carpinteria. It’s super clean, comfortable, and has an awesome shower. The kitchen is a little small but it’s clean and nicely done. I definitely recommend this historic place!
