Great place!
5/5 The house was nice, clean and was perfect for our family of 4! Home is older (like most places around LA) but it has been well kept. The property is nicely maintained and I loved the wild flowers in the backyard. It is located in a great area that I felt safe walking around with my kids. There is a park and a public pool right across the street (though the pool was closed when we visited). No assigned parking but we never had a problem finding a spot. We stayed in March and nights/early morning got a little chilly so I would have loved to have a few extra blankets. The bed in the smaller bedroom is a little firm for our liking but those are just some personal quirk's. After a hefty cleaning fee I didn't particularly appreciate the envelope left from housekeeping requesting a tip. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!
5/5 The house was adorable. Very clean, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the fantastic location to so many places. Easy parking and very quiet. Overall a great stay!

5/5 100% recommend. Clean, affordable and great location
4/5 Nice, clean home in convenient Burbank area. Close to multiple attractions. Gave 4 star as we were never able to reach property manager about early check in or late check out, despite texting, calling and emailing. No instruction left on where to find trash cans to remove trash as instructed at check out. Minimal supply of hand soap and body wash. No paper towels. Parking is street only and street cleaning happens during the week. Had to park on next street over on those days.

Lovely Burbank cottage
