  The host was not reachable when we reached the property. We had to wait for an hour outside before she picked up the call. The parking details were omitted in the property listing. It said park parking available giving the impression that garage park available. However, it was street parking. The dishwasher wasn’t there in the property which was not also mentioned. The shower head was in older state and very hard to operate. I would say that we are glad that we had to spend very little time in the property.

• Nice home/bad communication

  Home was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. But communication with the property management has been terrible. The kitchen lights weren't working. Apparently this was a known issue, but no one told me. Arriving in the dark to this was very confusing and never got fixed while we were there. I called and emailed all the contacts, but it was not resolved. There was no laundry detergent or sponges/dish towels for the kitchen. Because of the communication lag, I purchased these items. One person I talked to said to submit receipts for reimbursement. I did, and then another person said they couldn't reimburse me. I'm still arguing these issues nearly a month later. Also, there is no dishwasher, although it was listed on VRBO. Wouldn't have been a big deal if there were appropriate kitchen supplies. So, nice home, TERRIBLE property manager.

  This condo is in a great location for getting around Burbank and down to Hollywood / LA. We liked the layout of the condo and the appointments were good. However-renter beware: you will receive absolutely no support from the local property manager during your stay. We arrived a couple of hours early and reached out to see if we could check in early. No response at all, and we tried text, phone call AND email. On day two, we realized that there were 3 lights that would not turn on at all in the kitchen and dining area. It seemed like maybe a fuse was out. Again, we reached out for help and got absolutely no response. I was actually working remotely from the condo during the day, so the lighting issue was a pain. But, no assistance to be had. I found myself thinking: if the WiFi had an issue, I would really be in trouble since I was working, knowing that I would get NO assistance locally. So, again, nice condo in a great location, but you better hope you don’t need any help at all during your stay.

• Great space in a great location!

  This is a fantastic space in the best location for places such as universal and Warner Bros studio tour! It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms with plenty of space and a little yard with our kids. We would definitely stay here again!
