Property is in a decent location. It could be a much better experience if the property was kept in better shape. Not like the photos lead one to believe. Several fixtures barely attached to wall. Place was dirty. Bathroom sinks not draining. Overhead fan not working. Electrical outlets were half not working. Kitchen faucet not tight to the counter. Ants - ants - ants. Property manager was responsive but was downright strange. He does not understand the concept of customer is always right. I will not stay here again - mostly because the property owners are not maintaining the property as I would expect.

Rented this condo for my husband and I, our son and his two children while we were visiting LA. The condo was nicely decorated and looked very promising online. The entry was difficult to navigate. The parking is underneath the building and is very tight. You enter a staircase through a heavy door then exit onto a landing with more stairs to the 2nd floor. Upon entry to the unit, you’ll be thrilled with the appearance of the unit. However, the following is a list of what was disappointing:There were ants present in the kitchen and occasionally in the bathrooms. The kitchen faucet was loose and wobbled during use. The spices listed as present amounted to one container of Mrs. Dash. There were two drinking glasses; one a cheap, older plastic cup and the other a child-sized plastic cup. There were a few disposable mixed drink cups. There were plenty of coffee cups. Only one kitchen towel was provided. The stairs were not flat, as there was a 1 1/2 inch raised edge. This made walking barefoot painful. There are three TVs but only two remotes. The overhead fan did not work in one bedroom. The shower in the bathroom with a tub did not function, allowing a trickle of water to use for a shower. The light switch in this bedroom was “fancy” but difficult to work. On the plus side, we had plenty of room. The dining table was large and provided enough seating for our group and the bedrooms were spacious.

Hi Sally, we want our guests to have a smooth, comfortable stay, and we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-The property manager promptly addressed the ants and tightened the kitchen faucet after you brought it to their attention.
-The shower and fan issues have been fixed to ensure everything is functioning properly for future guests.
-The previous guest had taken many of the spices, but more were added during your stay, and we’ll work to ensure kitchen supplies are always well-stocked, including more drinking glasses and towels.
-The stairs have a raised edge, but we'll review the design to make sure it’s as safe and comfortable as possible.
-We also confirmed the A/C was working effectively during your visit, with temperatures reaching 60°F.
We're glad to hear you found the condo spacious and enjoyed the dining area. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to provide a more seamless stay the next time you visit LA!
Needed a 2 bedroom place to stay and had limited options in Burbank. The overhead fan in the master bedroom didn't work and the outlet in the master bath, it was hot in Burbank so the fan would have helped and we couldn't use anything electrical in the bathroom. The bottom half of every outlet in the bedroom didn't work. Someone came to check but couldn't fix until after we left.
