Clean and comfortable
5/5 Great location, safe neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. I liked how it came stocked with the items I needed during my stay, it’s the little things like scissors, hangers, and kitchen tools. Felt like a home away from home. I didn’t use the hot tub but in looking at it the water was clear. Only critique is the size of the master being smaller than the other bedrooms.

Property needs an update
3/5 Quiet safe neighborhood. Good parking. Cleaned bdrms. Disorganized kitchen w/ stains. Bathrms can use better cleaning w/ a broken towel rack. Blinds need repair. Not enough dining chairs when listed for 6. Excellent local contact, responsive and speedy.

Short Burbank stay
5/5 Clean, comfortable, and well maintained unit. Was ideal for us and would work well for any families visiting Universal or Hollywood. Thanks to owners for clear and simple check in instructions. A bit tough to find on first visit as located behind another home.
