Forest Getaway
5/5 This was a perfect little getaway for my family of 5. Two adults and 3 children ranging from 11-5yrs. The location was remote enough to feel immersed in the forest, but not far from the cities. You can walk to the grocery stores and restaurants as needed. Santa Cruz and the beach is only 30 minutes away, San Jose is about an hour and San Francisco is about 2 hours from this location. We went to all three during our stay. We also spent time in the redwoods at big basin and took a train ride through the forest in felton which was only 15 min away. The kitchen has all the essentials including some pots and pans, dish soap, and paper towels. The restroom had towels available for use and body soap and shampoo too. We had everything we needed for our stay. The manager was readily available for the questions we had and I would recommend his property to anyone looking to need a stay out there.

Boulder Creek House
4/5 The house was clean and comfortable.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty. Although the description in house details of the two beds should be updated to Queen size. They're definitely not King.
Future guests would be thankful if there were some kitchen hand towels, baking sheet or something to cook in the oven with, bathroom
wash clothes and addition chair in living room with end table.
We bought a toaster and left it for future guests.
House sleeps six but only dishes (plates, bowls) for four.
We would rent this house again.
Nice but missing a lot
2/5 Very clean, comfortable beds, very secure, effective HVAC. Needs: bathroom towel racks, kitchen counters, living room furniture, bedroom blackout window blinds.
