  Good location. Very well equipped but several items needed attention. The property manager reacted quickly but some of these matters should not have arisen.

  Hi Robert, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - I made every effort to address your concerns promptly and effectively. Here are a few examples of my immediate responses to your concerns - Upon being informed about a loose lamp, I promptly contacted my local property manager, who arranged for a handyman to fix it the very next day.
  - Upon receiving feedback about insufficient patio seating, I suggested a temporary solution by encouraging you all to use the bar stools outdoors. When this wasn't comfortable for you, I quickly contacted the property manager to secure an additional chair so you could relax and enjoy your stay.
  - We do have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient.
  - As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!

  We stayed 5 nights exploring the desert. everything worked and its quiet, comfy and outfitted for four.

  Overall trip and unit were perfect! We had amazing meals with fabulous views at the Clubhouse and starry night walks feeling safe and full. The unit had everything we needed, could even use our logins for Netflix. Great stay, would book again if there were a pool!

  The property was as advertised. Checkin went smoothly and the condo was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Will stay here again.

• Cozy home away from home

  This was our first time visiting Anza Borrego State Park and this house was perfectly situated to every activity.

  The host thought of everything and the house was fully stocked. Next time, we will have to try the jacuzzi but this time around, the large bathtub was a welcome after a long day of hikes.
