  The house was nice but dirty. There was mouse droppings on the stairs, crumbs on top of the fridge and all of the dishes were poorly cleaned. Several times during the stay I reached out to the host because of issues and I never heard back from them. I understand issues happen but I was ignored throughout the stay. The house and location were nice but the customer service was awful.

We did not receive any additional calls, texts, or messages during that time, so there may have been a miscommunication or an incorrect contact method used.
  - Our cleaning team provides detailed videos after each service, and in reviewing the footage before your arrival, the home appeared clean and fully stocked, though the stairs were not included in the video. We will certainly review your comments with our team to ensure all standards continue to be met.
  - We do have the property treated regularly for pest control. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and will follow up with our team to ensure all areas are carefully checked moving forward.

  Great house with a great walking location to downtown restaurants and shopping. Everything in very good condition and well maintained. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped for preparing a full Xmas dinner. Outdoor grill was super convenient. Matt (owner) very helpful and highly recommend it for any season.

• Gorgeous house in perfect Big Bear location

  From the moment you walk into this house it’s time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Fabulous hot tub and games room were perfect for our trip and kept everyone entertained. Absolutely superb location - just a few steps away from nice restaurants and shops, and ideal for the City’s Christmas tree lighting this weekend! Hosts were very accommodating, and easy to reach in case we needed anything. We would not hesitate to return.

• Best Place to stay in Big Bear!

  We had an amazing stay at this Big Bear home! The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to the Village and the lake, which made everything super convenient. The owners’ communication was absolutely top-notch from start to finish.

  The house itself was incredibly spacious, and the game room was such a blast for everyone. It was also very kid-friendly, which made traveling with our daughter a breeze. They even decorated for Christmas, adding the perfect cozy touch to our weekend.

  We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you again!

• Great for big families

  Very spacious and comfortable for a big family. The beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed. It’s so close to town! Pet friendly with a huge game room. The hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of the night.
