Last Minute Snow Day
4/5 Property was smaller than expected. Some kitchen outlits didn't work. Room heaters did the job pretty well. Very close to everything and kids were happy playing in the back with snow. Bring a lighter for fireplace and slippers for walking around inside. It was ok for our last minute trip.

1/5 I was unable to reach the area I booked due to recent state of emergency for the weather at Big Bear. I contacted the owner and the customer service rep and it seems they’re both passing to the other regarding my refund. I don’t mind booking for another date if possible in place of this booking. But the customer service is so poor, that option was never even offered. I just would like my refund

Lovely little home
5/5 We had a great time in this lovely home despite the blizzard conditions. There’s no central heating but the space heaters and blankets kept us warm throughout the night. Thank you Alina
