Perfect spot on the delta
5/5 Really enjoyed that the boat house not only had 2 kayaks but had a fireplace. Excellent communication extra clean. Wrap around porch for sunrise and sunset views. Can’t wait to go back.

4/5 Beautifully remodeled home with all the right amenities and plenty of parking. Modern kitchen appliances, A/C and a master bathroom with a full tub. Interior was very clean and bed mattresses are firm but comfortable. Cozy little boathouse with access to a couple of kayaks. Only a few minor issues which held it back from a full 5 stars. I know it's the delta but a quick sweep of spiders/webs on the exterior especially the deck would have been nice. The guest toilet "rocks" while sat on and the remote for the master bathroom bidet needs new batteries to function. Again, minor issues. Location was perfect for kayak bass fishing. I have a fully loaded/heavy kayak on a trailer and was able to launch a few lots over at Piper Point Marina and moor it on the back of the boathouse. Having the Rusty Porthole serving good food and drinks within easy walking distance is an added bonus. I would definitely book again in the future.

5/5 Outstandingly tastefully decorated home with a private dock fully equipped with everything for a perfect weekend getaway (house and dock incl. Kajaks and fishing rods).Next time we'll inquire about the boat!Thanks a lot for this jewel!

Enjoyable experience at Bethel Island
5/5 The communication was excellent with the property owner via welcoming emails. The dock had the feel of Uncle Sam's feelings and was a restful place to hang out. There was plenty of wildlife (ducks, birds) that would pass right in front of you. The Rusty pot restaurant is only five mnt walk away and has surprising delicious menu. We had an overall pleasant experience spending a weekend there.
