Wonderful location
4/5 Stayed with friends. We were all in town for an event. The place was great but the keyless entry did not work. Fortunately there was a key on the property and it worked out fine. Easy walk to lots of yummy food and Cal campus.

Perfect location
4/5 Great spot to visit with local friends. We happened to hit the unusual, excessive heat, which was hard in an older house, but with a couple of fans everything would have been perfect

Great stay in Berkeley!
5/5 Group of friends came to town for a long weekend and a concert at The Greek theater on UC Berkeley campus. Neighborhood was great with lots of walking options for groceries, restaurants, etc. and we were able to walk to/from campus as well. The house was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the charm it had.

Moved across country
5/5 Perfect house for us as we moved our son from the east coast to attend Berkeley Law. Plenty of space to store all the things we needed to acquire and park the large SUV we rented to move him. The only issue we encountered was the keyless entry was not working and the physical key was so well hidden that finding it at midnight when we arrived was not easy.

Perfectly Berkeley Bungalow
5/5 We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our Cal student‘s birthday with her and give her a home cooked meal. The bed was comfortable and the rooms large. The kitchen looks small, but had exactly everything we needed to cook a delicious dinner. The home itself feels like you are part of the fabric of Berkeley, with it‘s shingles and craftsman styling inside. Location is awesome. Walk to 3 great coffee spots!
