Lovely Home
5/5 We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops.
Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in .
Charming Historic Home
5/5 Staying in this home was like taking a trip back to the early 1900s - truly historic. We loved that about it. The bedrooms are upstairs so if you have difficulty navigating stairs please keep that in mind. It was great to have a parking spot in the driveway. The house was not clean when we arrived due to a miscommunication with the manager of the house but a quick call to her (Maritza) and the cleaning crew came right away; it was ok since we had things to do. Elmwood is a lovely neighborhood and felt safe to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location
4/5 Stayed with friends. We were all in town for an event. The place was great but the keyless entry did not work. Fortunately there was a key on the property and it worked out fine. Easy walk to lots of yummy food and Cal campus.

Perfect location
4/5 Great spot to visit with local friends. We happened to hit the unusual, excessive heat, which was hard in an older house, but with a couple of fans everything would have been perfect

Great stay in Berkeley!
5/5 Group of friends came to town for a long weekend and a concert at The Greek theater on UC Berkeley campus. Neighborhood was great with lots of walking options for groceries, restaurants, etc. and we were able to walk to/from campus as well. The house was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the charm it had.
