    Neighborhood is not confidence inspiring, this is a 1970's apartment remodeled. This place smelled like a way overly perfumed sofa making you wonder what they were trying to cover up. It hit your nose like a smack in the face upon opening the door. The microwave was melted and non functioning, NO pleasantries or supplies other than toilet paper and mismatched worn out towels from goodwill. Beds were reasonably comfortable with good pillowsIt was 31* outside and the heat would only work for an hour before shutting off and needing to cycle the thermostat.When contacting evolve (management host) they were responsive but we went 2 days without heat (it was down to 60* in apartment) and threatening to get a hotel, the hvac tech came out for a 3rd time and finally replaced an air filter that was nearly plugged. This after multiple phone calls to evolve (host) where they insisted all was working fine...It's cheap but at the end of the day only 25% cheaper than staying at the Hyatt which we will do next time...Good luck...

    - We value the condition of the home and appliances and we're not aware of any replacements necessary until it's discovered. To ensure efficiency, we will inspect the appliances to confirm they are all in working order.
    - We do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year. As the home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit that can sleep six adults, we find that the home is of reasonable and good value in comparison to a hotel room with smaller space and sleeping arrangements.
    We truly go above and beyond to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
