Location is Great … but
3/5 Things that we loved were the great location close to town and comfortable beds. High ceilings made the tiny place feel more spacious. Things we didn’t love were no closets, TVs didn’t work, fireplaces didn’t work. Others mentioned the uncomfortable sofa in the living room and it’s true, we couldn’t relax on it. The place was otherwise well equipped and clean but for the amount that we paid, I don’t think we would return.

"We are sorry that your stay was less than perfect. With a small house on a small island, it is sometimes difficult to have everything a guest may need, but we try our best to accommodate.
-That is why instead of a closet, which takes up a lot of room, we have an armoire, dresser, and clothes rack.
-The fireplace isn't supposed to work and is not included as an amenity in our listing. We are concerned about safety and don't want little hands to get burned. Space heaters in the rooms are provided.
-The cable/internet company has been doing maintenance on the island and occasionally turns off the service. The cable boxes for the TV's probably needed to be reset and our island manager could have done that for you. She can always be reached by text 24/7.

5/5 The house was clean and had all the supplies needed for a very comfortable 6 day stay. We've stayed in different homes on the island in previous summers and the location of this house was by far the best. Convenient to everything! Our only bad experience was with the local guest contact, Veronica. We contacted her on the day of check-in and her response time took several hours. She promised an update by a certain time and still ignored us even after a call and follow up text message. She finally provided an update for our check in (hours later) and I could tell from her text that she lied or misrepresented what she said she would do to avoid having to do extra legwork. Towards the end of the trip, I asked her a question about the trash bins in front of the house and she never replied. Ever. Other than this, the Evolve Management team was fantastic with pre-trip communications and the house in great condition. It's unfortunate that their local guest contact's unhelpfulness left a sour taste.

Great House!
5/5 We really enjoyed out stay at this property! The house is in the perfect location to access all the restaurants, shops, and the beach. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The only thing that would have been nice was more pots and pans as the selection was really limited which made meal prep for 5 people difficult, otherwise everything was fantastic and we had the best time!
