Perfect little Catalina house
5/5 Cute little property just a small ways away from the main strip. Didn’t realize it had air conditioning although I’m sure it’s listed, but that was definitely an added bonus. I thought it being a shared property might make it, but it was actually very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here

Perfect family stay!
5/5 The apartment is a short walk to Avalon center, with plenty of room for three adults and two active children. The kitchen was admirably set up. The view from the deck is wonderful, especially at night with city lights and a full moon!
