Great Location
5/5 Small, but comfortable 2 bedroom just a few blocks from the center of Avalon. Great comfy porch for resting after walking around. Historic charm.

Enjoyed this Property
4/5 My sisters and I enjoyed staying in the Trout House. It was full of history of the island. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was in a super safe area. The porch overlooking the Avalon Cove was wonderful!!! The only reason I rated it four stars was that it needs some updating which I spoke to the property manager about.

cozy cottage on the hill
5/5 neat old house. a short block off the main street. easy to walk everywhere. great instructions had I read them. Everything I reached out about was in the check in/out instructions or the house book.
