Comfortable and clean cottage in great location. Great neighborhood on vehicular free street. Walling distance to downtown and golf course. We had a wonderful stay

There are exceptions to every rule.
We had a death in the family and my daughter was not able to emotionally and physically make the trip. We did not ask for a refund- we just needed to reschedule. “Evolve” was unwilling to help due to timing. I will never recommend this company. They should be ashamed.
Money is definitely more important to them than people.
The cottage was literally falling apart. Lights, seats and door handles weren’t working properly. The bath curtain was dirty too. If it was cheaper, I wouldn’t been complaining, but $300 a night for such a place? Never again!!
Our family of 5 had a lovely time in Avalon. The property was quaint and perfectly sized so we could spread out a little. It was the right distance from the grocery store & it helped save some money by being able to eat breakfast “at home”. It wasn’t too far away from all of the fun things to do & see.
