Management unwilling to help
1/5 There are exceptions to every rule.
We had a death in the family and my daughter was not able to emotionally and physically make the trip. We did not ask for a refund- we just needed to reschedule. “Evolve” was unwilling to help due to timing. I will never recommend this company. They should be ashamed.
Money is definitely more important to them than people.

1/5 The cottage was literally falling apart. Lights, seats and door handles weren’t working properly. The bath curtain was dirty too. If it was cheaper, I wouldn’t been complaining, but $300 a night for such a place? Never again!!
5/5 Our family of 5 had a lovely time in Avalon. The property was quaint and perfectly sized so we could spread out a little. It was the right distance from the grocery store & it helped save some money by being able to eat breakfast “at home”. It wasn’t too far away from all of the fun things to do & see.
