Excellent location. VRBO pictures & info are NOT current.
3/5 Excellent location! Very close walk to/from ferry and the Avalon strip which we loved and appreciated.
HOWEVER, there was no Welcome book/binder to provide you with any info about WiFi and/or any additional info. Had to search for the house keys.The door knob lock doesn't unlock/lock from the outside.
House was very dark and dingy and musky inside. Poor lighting during the daytime. The window was blocked by a huge palm tree. Living room area rug, dining chairs and extended living area were dirty.
Kitchen cabinets are not white; now painted gray but all scratched up and dirty around the cabinet knobs/handles. Spice cabinet was disorganized and smelled strongly of spices. There were no extra paper towels, so we had to buy our own. Refrigerator water dispenser had dried brown calcium deposits.
Walls are thin. You can hear all the footsteps and talking upstairs.
There's a sink inside one of the bedrooms. Not enough hangers in the closets. Bathrooms are newly updated, but there are no towel racks or hooks to hang towels or your clothes.
Communication was only through text and not via VRBO. Guest contact provided initially was not the correct person listed and their email address was invalid and undeliverable. When I finally was given the correct Guest Contact person, response time for questions/inquiries were delayed and required following up.
My friends and I all agreed that the location was excellent but will not be returning to this particular property.

Lovely place!
5/5 This is a lovely, very comfortable place in a spectacular location. Easy walking to the waterfront and grocery stores but quiet, very comfortably appointed, and terrific for a family. We were there with our adult kids and brother/sister-in-law for a New Year’s vacation and we had a fabulous time. We’d love to stay there again!

5/5 Our stay was wonderful, the home was well stocked, very comfortable and open. We were walking distance to shops, restaurants and just about everything you would need. I would stay here again. Property manager was quick to respond with questions. Check in and check out were easy.
