    I loved how cozy this little cabin was. It is really close to Lake Alpine, only a 15 minute drive. It is also close to the ski resort. Love it!!!

    Lovely small cabin for a small family. My kids enjoyed sledding on this property. It was cozy to say the least. A few things I suggest are to bring your own pillow if you don't like firm pillows, the full bed upstairs squeaked a bit when you move. During snow season there is no parking on the property, so you have to unload your things when you arrive and then park at a designated space down the road. Also, not sure where the hairdryer was but didn't see one in the bathroom and it's freeezing to allow my hair to airdry. Overall a great experience.

    The view from all of the windows in the living area was beautiful and being so close to Bear Valley was great. We loved our time here.

  • Snug cabin in splendid setting, very close to Bear Valley Mountain Resort

    The small, handsome cabin among pines in a development of perhaps 100 houses proved perfect for the three of us. Downstairs is one room, combining a nice kitchen and living room area, with a south-facing porch. Upstairs is the sleeping area, three beds with comfortable foam mattresses. The largest of the beds is somewhat screened from the other two, and the layout means no one is staring anyone else. A lake is a three minute walk from the cabin, and the woods are gorgeous in winter.
