  • Hot summer nights (and days)

    My bad in not renting a cabin with AC when summer temps were in the 90s. Despite running 11 fans, we were still hot. We also had brought our big dog, who we struggled to keep cool. The cabin's location is great, in the Blue Springs Lake community with many amenities including two private lakes, pool, pickleball, a restaurant, and much more. So close to restaurants in town and Big Trees State Park. The cabin is well-equipped and decorated with cute wall art. There is no open cupboard space to store food. Not sure how groups of 8 manage. It was nice that beach chairs and mat, and beach towels were provided.

    We had a quiet and peaceful time for our annual family vacation to Arnold. The unit came equipped with supplies for cooking over the weekend. There are some fun games in the house including an awesome arcade to keep some kiddos engaged.

    Hi,The reason why I said I wanted it is because someday I will buy property in Arnold, however, I have been going to Arnold twice a year and rented so many cabins and have OCD and this cabin was the cleanest and easiest to find things. I love that I was able to hike with my dogs and it was not close to a busy street.

  • Great Mountain Cabin

    We stayed here this past weekend; we had 8 people and everyone had a great time. We saw some deer grazing right outside the back deck; the house size was perfect for our group. The kitchen is updated and the cabin has plenty of space for sleeping. The area is serene and it is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. There is a pool table upstairs, games and lots of deck space. The owners respond very quickly and the instructions for arriving/departing were easy. I would highly recommend booking this cabin!!
