Spring Break 2025
5/5 This was our second time booking this place and we wiĺl definitely book again in the future. Nice relaxing week in this beautiful home. After a long day at the beach or shopping downtown Santa Cruz or even after the Boardwalk this place was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The hot tub on the deck was perfect.

Good besides a few things
4/5 Overall, it was a beautiful house and we enjoyed the ocean view and the hot tub. The reason I didn’t give it a full five stars was because: there were no blinds in the Master Bathroom and lots of big windows going out to neighbors so that was a little weird. We did let the manager know, but we never heard back about it. Another blind in the bedroom was broken as well. Hot tub was nice but a little bit murky water. We also had asked the day before if we could check out a little bit later since it was the time change and we were already losing an hour, but they didn’t get back to us until 10 minutes before we were checking out, and we were already packed up to go, so we lost an hour of our time there. We also felt like there was lots of cameras around the outside of the property including by hot tub. And you have to put anway anll dishes ant checkout. Otherwise a nice place.

Beautiful views
4/5 Overall it was a nice place. It was pretty outdated, the beds were very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have darker curtains in the bedrooms. There are no curtains in the master bath, would have liked more privacy and some way to block the morning sun. Views are stunning, we enjoyed the evenings out on the deck with the fire tower and hot tub too.
