Decent place to stay
5/5 I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night.
It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work.
The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need.
The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it.
We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma.

Perfect location
5/5 This property suited my needs perfectly during my visit with my parents. It’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Its amenities were appreciated (stocked with paper towels, coffee, etc). I would rent it again for future visits.

Just adequate
3/5 Bed was great.
Floors could have been cleaner, dog hair in corner by patio door. Also patio door had dog prints all over it.
Need to have some kind of soap in the bathroom.
It basically needs a little sprucing up and some TLC.
