Priorities
1/5 If cleanliness is on your list of priorities, do not stay here.
Location was great for us, size was nice, pool was nice … but it was all dwarfed by the lack of cleanliness (filthy floors, sour-smelling towels, dirty coffee cups in cupboards, dead roaches on the floors, mold in bathtub corners) and inadequate plumbing ( backed up sinks and tubs and standing smelly water in dishwasher).
Very unpleasant experience overall.
5/5 The host was very nice and quick to respond to queries. The amenities at this property were wonderful. Our group enjoyed the open floor plan, swimming pool, pool table and foosball.

Annual Yuma Geocaching Week
5/5 Spent 5 days here. Once again the property was clean, well maintained and Very well equipped kitchen. Also lots of recreational amenities that will exceed normal expectations. There was one minor maintenance issue, but that was quickly addressed by the owner's rep within a couple of hours after we reported it. We will definitely use it again if it is available.
3/5 Host was great. Home was ok.. here are a few things :Kitchen faucet is falling off Bathroom by laundry room -the toilet paper holder (right side) falls off the cabinet when you replace the toilet paper. Also there is not a blow dryer under the cabinet that is marked blow dryer. BBQ was out of propane, ignition doesn’t work and first knob spins all the way around. There is mold in the master bath shower. Just a suggestion, garbage cans would be nice in each bedroom.
