  Not a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom. Inside the double wide it’s a 3 bed 2 bathroom. The other two beds are in covered shed spaces that during the summer one did not have air conditioning and I had to pick up and install one from Best Buy during my stay. If that wasn’t bad enough the “apartment” if you can call it that had roaches. The owner seems nice but it took me waiting two hours at Best Buy for them to get the air conditioning unit on order. Once it was installed the room was still very hot because no insulation is installed in the converted apartment unit.

  - We aim for transparency and our listing and photos are accurately advertised. Guests can rest assured that the units are marked as studios while the inside are listed as bedrooms. This can be found clearly in the photos of our listing.
  - The small studio with the bathroom was not completed with air conditioning and this was reflected in the photos provided. We ordered a temporary AC unit, but the initially chosen in-stock unit was unavailable. The one they offered as an alternative wasn't physically in the store either. During this time, we were on the phone and online, keeping you in the loop about the situation.
  - We value the condition and cleanliness of our home and we are sorry to hear that pests impacted your stay. There was an oversight on our part as we missed the spring notification from the company we've been using for the past two years due to a new phone. Rest assured, the spraying has now been completed, and I've addressed this issue to ensure it won't be a problem in the future.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

• Perfect location for our needs

  Property manager was very attentive and quick to reply. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived and not enough pillows in the house for everyone. But outside area absolutely fabulous. Great for large family.
