Disappointed
2/5 The home is large and will fit a larger party but half of the lights don’t work. Ceiling fan in the living room area does not work. The fridge was not cold, the filter was as missing so you could not get water or ice had to use a small drink fridge in the bar area that only fit a few. We were not able to store food we bought so it went to waste. The pool was dirty and not able to be swam in. There was no hot water in the showers. The internet was not correct. Guest contact isn’t available after 6pm when I tried to reach out for help. He was responsive the next day and did come over and brought 2 cases of water and tried to fix things but he just kept saying everything is in working order. He wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. Master bedroom lights some worked and some didn’t. Wish my stay was better I travel to Tucson a lot and this home was very convenient for where I needed to be. But I will not be staying there again.

Great location, beautiful outdoor area, questionable plumbing and electrical
4/5 While this properly is in a gorgeous location and has an outdoor space to die fo, the plumbing and electrical were a little questionable. There were a number of issues with hot water and so many power switches that controlled both indoor and outdoor spaces that you spend most of your time trying to figure out what turns on what, and then loads of different color lights, wasn’t sure if I was in the club or a vacation property. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots and pans. Lots of sleeping spaces, but the main suite shower was the only one where we could get hot water, and for 4 adults we needed the advertised 2.5 baths. Paid for the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t. Instruction for WIFI was not correct and it took a 2 days to hear back from local property manager. Even then WiFi was spotty at best. Again, great gated community, quiet and beautiful location, but needs better maintenance to make it a 5 star.
