Good value and location
5/5 We found the property to be a very good value for what we needed. We especially appreciate the downstairs bedroom and bathroom which was necessary for my elderly parents. The upstairs space was generous and comfortable. It should be noted that upstairs is a loft arrangement, so there isn’t audio privacy to the living room below. Not a big deal to us but may to others for noise considerations for those sleeping upstairs. Everything was very clean and Davis the host was communicative. The location in Tucson is close to the center city/U of A/Catalina’s. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it and were comfortable.
