5/5 This place is great! We've stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals and this is now one of our favorites. It's quiet, the bed is comfy, and we loved that it was really clean. The concrete floors are beautiful (and spotless for bare feet), everything works well, and the host is a great communicator. The best part is that it's easy to get in and out of this neighborhood and get across town to wherever you want to go. We will be back!

Very cozy and comfortable
5/5 The property owner was wonderful to work with and the property had everything we needed. Well maintained and even had Netflix. The shower is wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely will rent from Evolve again.

A month in Tucson
4/5 This is an older duplex that has been nicely updated. Clint is a great host. We were short on linens and baking pans, and he fixed us right up. He also helped when the TV stopped working. The cleaning could be improved. The bottom sheet was on side-ways, and there were a few dirty dishes in the cupboards when we arrived.
