  If you were there for the training center it would be a great location. It worked for all golf trip too.

• I found it difficult to communicate with the property rental or owner.

  We had a difficult time communicating with how to enter the property once we got there. That caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Then, two of the rooms say they have beds large enough for two adults. That’s not accurate. One is a bunk bed that is not comfortable and one room is a small double bed. My 6’3” son slept on the 5” couch every night as a result. Would be comfy for one adult couple with kids.

  "Tamara, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
  - The listing clearly states the bedroom configuration for this home it sleeps 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen, 2 full-size beds, and 1 twin bed. It is recommended for 2 adults in each bedroom and 3 children in the 3rd room.
  - If you were uncomfortable you could have called our guest contact Sunny and they may have been able to help, but our accommodations are as advertised.
  - The code is given in the emails that were sent out to you, if you had called Sunny they could have given you the code over the phone. These are details that were provided before you arrived, and per Evolve there were 2 pre-stay emails sent.
  - Just a suggestion maybe more research was needed I'm sure some homes have king-size beds that would have been more what you were looking for.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."

  They owe me money. Wasn’t clean, period blood on the sheets and toilet. Disgusting.

This property does not allow same day turnovers, but the reservation was allowed to be booked. We apologize for the huge inconvenience to you and are making sure this will not happen again. Our goal is to make renting a vacation home easy, and we are sorry that we did not provide the kind of great, worry-free experience we are known for."

  Very clean. Place needs a little better lighting and there was no extra trash bags. Linens were clean and adequate. Thanks.

• Good stay

  Property is a good location; close to Sloan Park, Tempe Marketplace, airport. Good communication with check in/out. Had all needed amenities. Only downfall was the wifi didnt work at all during our 5 day stay.
