Lovely property/responsive hosts
5/5 This house is sparkling fresh and clean having been newly renovated. The appliances are new and bathrooms are accessible, having a seat in each shower and no thresholds. The patio and enclosed backyard are lovely. The location is great, for access to The Grand community amenities which are many (pool, golf, pickleball, gym, exercise classes etc.). The hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property. Of note, we found this house on VRBO with only six week’s notice which was great. This was after VRBO’s host Houzelet cancelled our prior VRBO booking for this same month, made a year in advance. Regrettably we have not received our refund of the deposit yet. I’m confident VRBO will make good on their guarantees.

Lovely home/responsive hosts
5/5 We spent the month of February in this lovely home and really enjoyed staying here. The house location is excellent, with a short drive to all of The Grand (community club) amenities- pools, golf, gyms, exercise classes, educational classes, spa etc. The house is sparkling fresh, with new appliances and everything up to date. There are plenty of closets and drawer space. Our grandkids stayed with us and they loved the trundle beds and looking out the front picture window to spy for the bunnies and hummingbirds, which are plentiful. The enclosed backyard and lovely patio were delightful, especially the large cactus which attracted many birds.
The owner/hosts responded to our questions very quickly, in fact their responsiveness was amazing.
We’d highly recommend this home.
