Great House
5/5 This house was perfect. The set-up and decor makes you feel at home. We came for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to be so close to the fields and then come back to swim. I would definitely recommend 100% over and over again.

The perfect choice!
5/5 This home met all of our family's needs, and then some! It was clean, organized, and conveniently located. The covered patio and the pool with multiple umbrellas were lifesavers during the summer heat. We stayed in this home for four nights and don't have a single complaint. We plan to visit Surprise again in the future, and will definitely choose this home again!

Final Four Stay
5/5 My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property while we enjoyed the 2024 mens college Final Four tournament. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of daily lives but close enough to be very convenient. The property was immaculate, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. We couldn’t have picked a better place if we tried. Just wished that Mother Nature would have cooperated with a little warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. Definitely a 10 on a scale of 1-10.
