  Can’t wait until my next trip. This will be our fourth time and we just love it. The home has everything you could possibly need as well as a beautiful pool for relaxing.

  The complex offers champion golf courses and amazing sport facilities plus great entertainment.

  With a perfect location for shopping or site seeing. It has everything for a perfect vacation

  This was our second time staying at this home, and it was just as nice as the first time! The kitchen has every possible pot or pan or utensil you could possibly want. All the comforts of home were found throughout the house. And the hot tub was very relaxing! Marvin, our local contact, was very helpful and quick to respond to any need.

• Enjoyable Home Away from Home

  We enjoyed our stay in Desert Bliss for 10 weeks. The house is spacious and well furnished. We found lots of cooking equipment and appreciated the supplies for housekeeping and laundry. The golf cart met our needs for transportation. Marv, the manager, was responsive when called. Improving some details could make the visitor experience more enjoyable. One would be to see about making the furnace and pool pump operations quieter. However, we would recommend this listing for a pleasant stay.

• Needs Major Renovation/Updating!!!

  Spent 3 months in this home. Property Mngr, Marv, was extremely quick & helpful in addressing problems. Couldn’t have been more cordial and accommodating! Owner is lucky to have found him. The house is well located within The Grand, is convenient to community amenities, and has a very livable floor plan. The backyard pool was a welcome feature during our Aug.-Sept.-Oct. stay, and the outdoor landscaping is quite nice. The golf cart is an added bonus. The primary bedroom king bed is very comfortable. HOWEVER … major interior renovations are badly needed! Kitchen, bathrooms, and tile floors are all original to the house and are terribly old, worn, and outdated. Many of the furnishings, window blinds, and bath towels/bed linens in hall closet are also very old and need to be replaced. The glass French doors in living area leading to back yard have no window coverings at all, and provide zero shade from direct western sun all afternoon, as well as zero privacy at night. The air conditioner is noisy in the bedroom & hallway area—and coupled with bright back yard landscaping lights shining through old blinds on primary bedroom windows—makes sleeping at night difficult. The owner was not willing to adjust the timer on landscaping lights due to security concerns. The clothes dryer is very old & noisy and should be replaced. Until renovations are made and these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend renting this home.

  -We're truly grateful for your positive feedback regarding our property manager!
  -The property, while approximately twenty two years old in its core structure, has undergone comprehensive updates, including furniture, décor, and paint, garnering praise from many guests.
  -The main living area, overlooking the private pool and golf course, has consistently offered an unobstructed view, delighting previous occupants. During this recent stay, there were several requests made by the guests, such as requesting a box spring and new sheets, which were promptly fulfilled despite these items having been recently purchased. They took the initiative to make changes by removing certain carpets, the laundry basket, and some wall hangings because they had specific preferences. They were promptly reimbursed for their purchases.
  -Regrettably, the guests expressed dissatisfaction with the pool maintenance company, despite assurances of their expertise. They also attempted alterations to the landscape lighting, crucial for guest security, The bedroom blinds in the master bedroom might have been adjusted incorrectly, possibly causing the obstruction of the landscape lighting.
  -It's important to note that the property remains unchanged from the images presented, except for updated outdoor furniture aimed at enhancing guest comfort. -We sincerely regret that the home fell short of your expectations. This comes as a surprise, given the consistent string of five-star reviews from recent guests.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

• Wonderfull Stay

  This home was truly beautiful and the back yard was exceptional. The home had all amenities anyone would need and the golf cart was most appreciated. The manager Marv and the homeowner Sandra were exceptional. They were quick to address our requests ...going above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. Thank you! Bruce & Beth
