- The optional community amenities are available with an additional $250 fee, paid to the Sun Lakes HOA. In order to use the amenities, at least one guest must fill out a Sun Lakes rental form and present it to the HOA office upon arrival. The golf course fee is separate from this
- A waiver will be required prior to using the golf cart
- Golf course access is available for an additional fee, paid on-site
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front entrance facing the driveway, and camera 2 is on the corner of the house facing the back entrances. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video and sound

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- The optional community amenities are available with an additional $250 fee, paid to the Sun Lakes HOA. In order to use the amenities, at least one guest must fill out a Sun Lakes rental form and present it to the HOA office upon arrival. The golf course fee is separate from this. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for more information
- The office is located at 25219 S EJ Robson Blvd, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248
- Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- When you arrive at the office, ask for Joanne or Brenda
- If you are unable to visit during office hours, please reach out to the Guest Contact

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation, plus the "#" sign
- To lock the front door from the outside, close the door completely, then press and hold the # sign until you hear the door lock engage
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Place the trash can at the end of the driveway on Sunday and Wednesday evenings
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
