Nicely updated home in Sun City
5/5 There was a slight hiccup in entry as the property managers and Evolve apparently didn't communicate on the entry availability time and the code for the door lock. It was taken care of quickly. The property itself was spotless when we arrived. The large kitchen was great for me as I like to cook. And the screened-in patio was absolutely wonderful. Close proximity to the 101 loop made getting around easy. Unfortunately it's not conveniently located to hiking, which my husband and I really enjoy. There are a lot of casual dining options nearby, but fine dining is a 30-40 minute drive or more. The neighborhood was very walkable and felt safe.

Quiet community
4/5 The house was exactly as expected per the online bio with vrbo. This home suited my family and I perfectly. The floor throughout the home is laminate, which could've used a good cleaning. Well stocked linen closet. Great screened porch to watch the wild bunnies in the morning hours.

Comfort and affordable
5/5 Our stay is the SunCity was wonderful. Our family was only here for the weekend. The house was clean,confortable and very affordable. The area is quiet and was close to all freeways into PHX area. The Vacasa representitive was so friendly and went out her way to accommodate us. I would definitely rent again, when coming into town.
