Stunning! Felt like winning the Lottery!
5/5 Wonderful family reunion at a stunning, comfortable well equipped home with new furnishings and appliances. Enjoyed watching the golfers tee off on the comfortable patio. Quiet setting with comfortable king beds and well laid out common areas. Everything needed for in home dining was present in this modern home. The putting green in the back yard was surprisingly challenging and enjoyed by persons young and old. Don't pass up the opportunity to rent this home!
Great home for our stay in the desert
5/5 We stayed in this home for a few days before staying with friends, and it worked well for the 2 of us. The home was recently renovated, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed sitting on the back patio, watching golfers each morning, and we loved the proximity to the grocery store and coffee shop (we walked there twice). There is only one TV In the unit and it's in the family room. Unfortunately only a few local channels were available (no cable or sports options - which is our only suggestion for improvement). As VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciate how much goes into a great rental experience, and we enjoyed our time at this home. We recommend this home and look forward to staying here again on a future trip to the greater Phoenix area.

Great rental in a central location
5/5 We stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights before heading to a friend's place for the remainder of our stay in AZ. It is a great rental property - freshly renovated, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and centrally located (w/easy access to shopping, coffee shops and restaurants). My hubby enjoyed the putting green in the back, as well as sitting out back on the patio watching golfers each morning. While it was just the 2 of us, the home can easily accommodate several couples with the 3 bedrooms - all have king beds w/high quality linens. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/cookware for preparing meals (we didn't as we were visiting friends), and the Keurig coffee maker with some pods was a welcomed find the morning after we arrived. We look forward to staying here on a future trip to the area!
