  My wife and I took the kids up to this property to escape the heat for a couple days. The house was super clean when we arrived. It’s very spacious with many things to do. The bedrooms are large with king sized beds that are comfortable. The kids room has two sets of bunk beds and the theme is fun. My kids felt right at home here. Each tv is set up with a Roku so you can sign in to any of your services, and you can set it up to log you out of all your services when you check out.

  The kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware, there were plenty of options to make your own food if you wanted, and the fridge has cold filtered water.

  The back deck is very nice with a foosball table, grill, plenty of seating and an outdoor tv.

  The location is great as we were no more than 15 minutes away from anything that we wanted to do.

  The neighborhood is perfect to take walks in and there is a stream that leads to a medium sized pond right next to the house.

  Loved our experience. We will definitely be back.

  The family and I loved our stay at Black Beauty. Wonderful house! Very clean, even though we knew another family had just stayed before us. Enjoyed the little creek by the lakes/ponds nearby. We’d visit again! Also, great communication from the owners.

  The house was beautifully decorated, the floor plan was great, the Deck was awesome, we spent many hours enjoying the wildlife from the deck. The owners were very gracious and responsive. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We had a very nice time at the “Black Beauty”.

  The owners of this home accounted for every possible detail! This place did not feel like a vacation rental, it felt like you were staying at a friend’s luxury home. All the little things that you typically have to bring or buy for a rental home were already there for you - think paper towels, trash bags, q-tips, plastic bags, oils and spices, and a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Not only that, but the design elements were beautiful and everything felt very high quality, even down to the linens and bath towels. The only callout I have is that the beds were very soft - again, you could tell they were high quality but it’s worth noting if you have a strong preference for a firm mattress.

  The neighborhood was gorgeous with many new homes being built and several ponds throughout that we walked to in the evenings. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend the place to my friends!

  We absolutely loved our stay at the Black Beauty. The home is tastefully decorated and included many amenities. The community is newer and the area surrounding the home is worth the trip. We will be back soon and experience even more of the beauty.
