Nice Location

Not quite up to my standards.
2/5 The main gate code did not work. Great welcome.
The second time we called the contact, after no call back in over an hour, we called the main number and got a new code.
The unit smelled like mothballs.
No hot water at the kitchen sink.
Many missing or dead lightbulbs, 2 in guest bath
Living room ceiling fan and light not working. Guest bath sink and shower very slow draining and smells of sewer gases
The table on back porch very dirty and bug infested.
The couches very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of.
Light in small bedroom not working.
The unit was not as clean as I would have expected.
Twice the guest contact did not return our call.

Owner's Response: “Hi Terrianna, unfortunately, the house rules were broken during this stay when you brought a dog with you. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also expect them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. Our cleaning crew did not detect any of the odors mentioned and noted that the home was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay. We always strive to provide clear communication, so we apologize if there was any confusion regarding your messages. The kitchen has hot water, and all lights are currently working, with three bulbs recently added to the dining light. The drain was tested and, while it drains a bit slowly, it does not result in standing water. We’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!”
Beautiful Nature in Show Low
5/5 The house is in a beautiful setting of pine trees in a gated community. There is a front porch with chairs and a back deck where we spent a lot of our time. The home is very comfortable. The kitchen has all of the basics. The home was clean and updated.

Great Retreat from the Heat
5/5 My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Spacious house with excellent AC, which is a must in July. Nice, quiet neighborhood, although homes are close to each other. Great hiking trail nearby. Vanessa, the property manager, was great!
