  • Definitely a hidden gem to stay at.

    Our first time being in Sedona and I would say we got spoiled with this pick. The house is lovely, situated a short drive away from a very busy and congested downtown, it a very convenient distance for good hiking but it was also far enough that it felt like a cabin in the woods. After a good stroll through downtown or a nice 5 mile hike in the woods, you're only a 3 minute walk from the hot tub and pool hidden away behind the tennis court. It worked great for us as a couple with no kids, but would also be good if you have maybe 2 or 3 tagging along! We definitely will be coming back if available for our next trip.

  • Nice place but has roaches and the front door lock was broken

    The condo had a good layout and was for the most part clean. However, we had cockroaches, the front door lock was broken (it took 60-300 turns to open/close the door) and there was a leak under the sink. So if you don't mind having roaches around, then it is a good place to stay. For us, it was not OK we had to secure all our food and I was worried about bringing them into my home.

    We expect the homes we rent to be roach, rat and mice free. But that will need to be a question when renting a unit in the future. I contacted the management company and rental contact about the issues but after many calls & emails, the owner didn't want to deal with nor reply to my concerns. Super frustrating. Rent with caution.

  • Great stay, close to Sedona yet quiet and very convenient unit

    We really enjoyed our stay.

    This unit is about 15 min drive to Sedona uptown, yet very close to major hikes. The kitchen and bedrooms were very convenient for our family of 4.
