Excellent stay

disappointing
2/5 pictures of the property were deceptive, house is not up to code, master shower is not safe, jacuzzi doesn't work, cockroaches in bathroom and yard is unkept.

- We used professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
- The house is up to code, including the primary shower, which features an open concept as shown in the listing photos.
- We sincerely apologize for the pests you encountered during your visit. Rest assured, we've scheduled an exterminator for this week and on an ongoing basis throughout the summer to address the issue. They confirmed that this time of year is when pests can be problematic.
- Additionally, the property benefits from gardening services that go out twice a month to pick up all pine needles and maintain the plants. Sedona is known for its abundance of trees and natural habitat, which adds to its charm.
