1/5 The actual home was very clean and very nice, however the management company was a nightmare to communicate with. They didn’t send check in details until I had called multiple times. Two of the three showers were consistently running and when I called to have them resolve I was met with a very rude person who said she had no record of my stay. When I was finally able to speak with a competent person they said I would have to be on site to meet the handy man but wouldn’t give me a time. The handyman never showed up and we had one working shower for 8 people.

5/5 Everything was perfect and beautiful, except the cookingware. The house needs better pots and pans, not the kind of non-stick Teflon that we found. Otherwise, an excellent house.
