Nice holiday
5/5 Good communication and instructions from the host. The house is well stocked and in a nice, quiet location. The only downside was the drip coffee machine was painfully slow. We had bought ground coffee before we realized how slow it was. Thankfully there was a pod-type single cup machine, so we just needed to make another trip to the grocery store. The beds are firm, but comfortable enough.

Great space, good facilities, private location
5/5 Being a private community means it'll be a quiet road, without the hustle and bustle of Sedona (which is not big) and tranquil enough to stand on its own beauty.
The driveway is somewhat narrow to back into, so you might have to try a few times, but it's got a one-car garage too, so you can use that if it'll make space.
The house itself is big and provides most of the things you'd need for your stay. A lot of the cupboards are empty - but it's got the essentials, so you're in good hands!

Beautiful stay
5/5 Beautiful location with view of red rocks and sounds of rushing water from the creek. House is clean and perfect for small family. Nice neighbors. Minutes from Sedona and across the street from cute cafe w/ great breakfast and lunch. Close to lots of hikes in mountains and along the creek. Fireplace wasn’t working and coffee pot was slow- but not deal breakers for us. Recommend!

Great place, with one caveat that is hopefully unique to our stay
4/5 The house is nice, in a great location a few miles up Oak Creek Canyon. Accurate photos, well-appointed kitchen, good instructions from the host, everything inside and out is in good shape. I have to knock a star off because the place had not been serviced when we arrived in the evening. The hosts were very communicative and apologetic about it, and they did deduct the cleaning fee for us, so it was resolved well. If I could give 4.5 I would, but I can't give 5 stars when I have to strip and make beds, take out the trash, etc., even though I know accidents/miscommunication/etc. happens. Hopefully this was a one-time thing!
