  Great property in great location. We really enjoyed the privacy of the back/side patio and the sunrise and sunset views from the deck on the other side. The hosts were extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate for a second to return back to this property.

  Well-kept home located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the comfortable bed mattresses and four comfy living room recliners, the large washer and dryer, and the warmth of the furnace and the gas fireplace after one particularly cold and wet day of hiking. The front porch had a pair of hiking poles we borrowed, which was great, as we hadn’t brought any along. The water pressure of the shower head in at least the combo tub/shower bathroom was quite weak…not sure of the cause (flow restrictor?), but the water pressure of the tub spout just below that shower head and also of all the sinks throughout the home was fine. The back entry bench and a small table by the front entry contained lots of travel brochures and some maps, which proved helpful on our first visit to Sedona. Overall, a 9/10 rating, great stay and recommended!

  This property was in the perfect location for our trip to Sedona. There is an even a secret back way to popular hikes like Boynton Canyon and the Devil's Bridge. It also has quick access to downtown but find the intersection with a stoplight so you don't have to wait forever to turn left onto the main thoroughfare! The house is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very helpful and communicative. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has views of the red rocks. I would stay here again if/when I come back to Sedona.

• Wonderful Getaway

  We had a terrific time on our hiking adventures while visiting Sedona. We will definitely return. The home was cozy and well cared for. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. They thought of the little extras that many rentals don’t have. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had the “extras”. The neighborhood is very quiet. We even got to see two javelinas A great place to relax after hiking all day!
