3/5 The property was nicely maintained and the decor was cute. The fridge was stalked with condiments and water (which was needed in Sedona.) KItchen had everything we needed to cook 3 meals. When we finally got into the property it was not ready so we had to wait while they came and finished cleaning up. All the photos are taken with a fish eye lens making the property look MUCH bigger than it is. The sofa sleeper was unusable for 2 adults it would work fine for 2 children. We didn't find the pool until the second day because it is on a separate property. The property information was mixed in with lots of tourist information and was sketchy on what was available and what was expected.

- The cleaning crew took an extra hour to prepare the condo, which was an isolated incident. The homeowner apologizes for the delay and assures that the crew keeps the place immaculate.
- The sofa bed is a queen size as described.
- The property photos were not taken with a fish-eye lens. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, and the photos accurately represent the space.

South Sedona Condo a great place to stay outside of Sedona.
5/5 The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

Adventure and Good Food in Sedona
5/5 We enjoyed having a full kitchen and our own private place to come and go as we pleased. We enjoyed the location and its proximity to area restaurants and outdoor activities. We would stay here again.
